I absolutely loved my stay at Glendale Guest House. The room was functional and well-sized, with great heating. The presence of an electric kettle and glassware was a huge plus. The service was efficient and the breakfast was very good. The location was magnificent, being so close to the town centre and other shops like B & Q and Aldi, as well as being conveniently positioned for exploring Bowness-on-Windermere. I also enjoyed visiting the ruined medieval castle, just a short 10-15 minutes' walk from the property.

I got great value for my money at Glendale Guest House! The room was cozy and warm, perfect after a long day of hiking. The location was lovely and quiet, yet still within easy reach of the train station. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.
More variety in the breakfast items would have been nice, but overall it was a delightful stay.
